- The Unity Messaging website and platform;
- All related communications and support interactions;
- Information collected from account holders and their use of the Service.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the content of communications sent by our users to their own recipients, except as necessary to provide the Service, maintain logs, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.
The Service is intended only for users located in the United States and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

B. Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed exclusively through Stripe.
We do not collect, receive, or store your full payment card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment information. Payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's privacy practices.
C. Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

- Usage statistics and feature interaction

- Whether a phone call was answered, unanswered, or delivered to voicemail or an answering machine

- Twilio for SMS and voice delivery
- Amazon SES for email delivery
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and infrastructure
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for hosting and infrastructure
- Freshworks for customer support and help desk services
- Stripe for billing and payment processing
- Google Analytics and Cloudflare for analytics, performance, and security
We may also disclose information:
- To comply with subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or lawful requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
- To respond to complaints, abuse reports, carrier inquiries, or investigations;
- To protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our users, recipients, vendors, carriers, or the public;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or other business transaction.
We may disclose contact lists, recorded messages, message content, account information, and delivery logs when we believe such disclosure is necessary to investigate or respond to suspected violations of law or our Terms of Service.
5. User Communications and Recipient Data
Users of the Service may upload recipient contact information, including names, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use such information and that you have obtained any required consent from your recipients.
We process recipient information solely on your behalf and at your direction in order to provide the Service.
We do not independently verify the legality or accuracy of recipient information uploaded by users.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information, contact lists, recorded messages, delivery logs, and related information for as long as your account remains active.
If your account is deleted, canceled, expires, or is terminated, we may continue to retain your information, including contact lists, recordings, logs, and support records, for as long as we determine is necessary in our sole discretion, including to:
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Enforce our agreements;
- Resolve disputes;
- Investigate fraud, abuse, carrier complaints, or legal claims;
- Maintain backups and business records.
We are not obligated to delete data immediately upon account cancellation or termination.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
